    We rented through Dooley/Enterprise for our 1st trip to Dublin.
    The rented car had 2 flat tires (on the 1st day) while driving along the regional roads. Luckily, we had full coverage for everything including road side assistance as recommended by many read reviews. Dooley Enterprise road side assistance assured us (over the phone) that we'd be reimbursed/refunded to our credit card if we pay for the 2 flat tires 1st.
    A local nearby car mechanic was able to help us repair the 2 flat tires as we had 3 kids in tow! After repairing the tires, the car required more services & deemed not suitable to drive! YIKES! The road side assistance took 3hours to get to our location. We were then told to go to Limerick (by Enterprise) to switch cars as the 1st car was not stable to drive. Limerick's Enterprise was closed & the night shift left no car keys to give the next rental. We were told (by Enterprise again) to take a taxi shuttle to Shannon airport for another rental car & pay for the taxi upfront to obtain a refund from Enterprise. What an ordeal, don't you think?!

    After more than a month, we are still waiting for this refund.
    The customer service was great to begin with, but the final credit to our credit card was not refunded. Not only did we speak with the assistant manager at our rental return, we emailed weeks later & called from the US many times, we were given no responses from our refund circumstance. Wish I had a review like this to alert any drivers in Ireland! I would've known to say, "I'm NOT paying anything upfront! or to rent elsewhere! ". This was a very horrible experience for our 1st trip to Ireland!

    This was my second time renting from Dooley. The first time was several years ago, when they were independent. When we arrived to pick up our car, we learned that Enterprise who bought Dooley. The overall experience was pleasant enough, though I highly recommend anyone does NOT rent the GPS, just download the offline maps for your phone and several the expensive rental fee.

    Upgraded to a Skoda Octavia Diesel 5-speed. So worth it, made our drive around the country perfect.

    I rented a car through Dooley's/Enterprise in Dublin this month. The car was in great condition and had just 8000 km on it and was clean and reliable for whole my rental. While returning the car though, employee didn't read my rental agreement correctly and wanted to charge me "young driver fee" again and when I told him that I had already paid it prior to rental I was told he had to fix it in the computer and I won't be charged for that again. But of course I was charged for that from my credit card. Fortunately, after few my email they answered me and within two weeks I had my money back on my account. That's why I put just three stars.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, have used then in the past, but never again. They must be on commission as they try to sell you a GPS system, and said that its better than my own phone, a $25.00 Euro admin fee for us waiving the insurance since we had insurance with our credit card. When we returned our car they tried to say we damaged the fender, lucky, we had a picture of the damage before we accepted the car. This was so stressful on our last day of our vacation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

    Good experience. No extra fees upon pickup (except tank of gas which was refunded when I returned it full). Process was easy. Definitely recommend.

    All fake messages I reckon a complete rip off not nice people 3 times the price when got there all old comments have vanished???
