  Very nice place with professional looking set up however I had a very disappointing and dissatisfied experience with a PS4 repair. After being told it would take 24 hours to replace the HDMI port on my PS4, I finally received it back "repaired" a week later after numerous phone calls had to be made. Delighted to take it home I found it didn't work. Some simple physical damage to the port was replaced by a software issue as monitors cannot read the format of the video. I brought it back and was told it would be immediately looked at, however, a week later, after finally giving in to calling again, I was told it was irreparable. Now with a software issue I fear the cost of repair will be much greater. As I work on a ship the delays to the "repairs" have meant that I will now be stuck for 6 months in the middle of the ocean without my PS4. Not so EXPRESSTech. Would not recommend for any repairs as my customer service experience was awful.
