  I was very impressed with the team of cleaners that arrived to my house (on time!). The bathroom looked like new when they had finished - even my husband noticed! They came fully equipped and cleaned all the hard to reach places.

  I am changing my review for the following reasons: after having months of service with Home Concierge, they have decided to stop servicing us. They claim they have no cleaners available (we live at Dublin 4) for any day or time of the week, but the fact is that we have had many issues after the first weeks of service. First, it started when Home Concierge decided they could not provide hoover and asked us to rent one from them, since we have no space at home for another, we told them we were ok with them using ours, however they announce themselves as professionals that will bring any equipment for your service. We also started to have problems with punctuality, from 30 mins to 1 hour late for few weeks, with no phone call at all, we were flexible but Home Concierge didn't do anything. The quality of cleaning honestly is not worth the price, competitors offer better crew for better price and more professionalism. I recommend looking for something else, Home Concierge only wants your money, not to provide the quality service they promise, that will be only for the few first weeks to apparent.
