- andrew marsh Added 10/08/2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely shocking service from Hooke and Macdonald. The staff is so unfriendly! The management team doesn't even respond to my emails - our curtain and curtain railing fell from the roof, and has been down for over a week. I would not recommend getting caught up in a 1 year lease with this company.
