  I proposed to my fiancé in May 2016 with a promise ring so that she could pick her own. After meeting with many jewelers in both Ireland and abroad we selected Luisa. Luisa was the most helpful and professional person we dealt with. She listened to what both my fiancé and I wanted and was able to sketch rough drafts to give us an indication of what she was thinking. Once my other half had decided on her diamond and ring style, Luisa was brilliant at keeping us up to date on progress. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and my fiancé is thrilled with the result and now has a one of a kind ring.
  
  The process was so seamless from my point of view (knowing absolutely nothing about rings), so much so that we have already ordered our wedding rings from Luisa.
  
  I would recommend her to anyone I know, and in fact I have. You could not ask for a more professional, accommodating and genuinely nice person who take a real interest in what you want. 10 / 10
