- Ger Early Added 06/02/2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A 15 minute wait for a changing room attendant to become available, despite the store not being busy and one sales assistant standing around doing very little. The staff seem to have little or no training and lack any enthusiasm for their job. I would not shop in this store ever again. One other gripe about JD in general is they purport to offer a 14 day refund policy. That's 14 days from date of order, NOT when you receive the goods. Too bad if your order is delayed for any reason.
